The rotary plucking machine is suitable for pigeons, chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese and ducks, one or more birds at a time depending on their weight and size.
It features an inverter that allows the machine’s speed to be adjusted according to the size and type of animal being processed.
The machine is fitted with a basket with a side opening to increase hourly output.
The plucking machines are built with specific attention to safety, mechanical reliability and, of course, the quality and speed of plucking.
The animals will be immersed in a soaking tank with controlled temperature (Max 65/67°C) so that the feathers are released with ease.

Plucking phase: place the animals in the centre of the basket, close the safety lid and press the start button; in 8/10 seconds the animals will be plucked, stop the machine, open the lid and remove the animals.
